This shifter engagement lever ball joint is NLA from Alfa. The new ball joint is a direct replacement for the OEM part, complete with a functional equivalent dust shield.  It inserts directly into the Original iso-static shift linkage engagement lever, just as OEM.  Use this if the rest of your shift mechanism is good but the ball joint is bad.  it will restore your shifter to like new..
