PRICES

Prices are net F.O.B. Sherborn, MA. All prices are shown in U.S. currency and are subject to change without prior notice. You will be notified of any price changes at the time of your order. Prices do not include shipping or handling. Sales tax will also be added to products shipped within Massachusetts. Performatek will match any retail competitor's regularly advertised prices on the items that you purchase.

Ground shipment is our standard shipping method to the 48 contiguous states. Certain products such as motor oils and other chemicals are usually shipped by Fed Ex Ground.   All ship-to addresses must be street addresses. UPS and Federal Express will not ship to P.O. Box addresses.  Except for very heavy items, freight charges are included in the invoice according to the following table, based on a flat amount method.

For heavy items requiring additional shipping, the extra charge is shown in the price list. Orders received before 1:00PM Eastern time Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. For faster delivery, overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional charge.

PAYMENT

We are happy to accept cash, money order, cashier or certified check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, ATM cards, and bank wire transfer at the time of purchase. Personal and company check orders are held until the funds have cleared into our account. A deposit is required on all special orders. Merchandise will not be shipped C.O.D. unless prior arrangements have been made.

PRODUCT RETURNS

If there is any problem with a shipment, please call us immediately. If we can not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue you a return authorization number. You may return parts within 30 days of the date of sale. You must include a copy of your invoice and your return authorization number. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and packed in the manufacturers' original packaging. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No COD refunds are accepted. Special-order parts cannot be returned. Performatek reserves the right to make changes to its return policy on a case-by-case basis.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

Performatek only ships merchandise that is brand new and free of damage. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if the box looks like it has been opened, inspect it immediately – in the presence of the carrier if possible. Report any problems or loss to the carrier immediately. The carrier is responsible for any loss due to shipping, and you must pursue your claims with them.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All parts are guaranteed to be of the highest quality original or aftermarket merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned according to the terms stated above for replacement. Performatek will replace all defective parts, but cannot accept responsibility for labor costs or any inconvenience or loss, including but not limited to loss of use occasioned by the use of any defective parts. There is no warranty if parts become defective due to faulty installation or abuse of any kind. Customer assumes all liability and risk for the use of high performance products. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, for any part used for competition, track use or driving school events. Unless specified, electric parts do not carry any warranty. Several products carry manufacturers' warranties. In the event that a defective product is discovered, Performatek should be notified within 10 days of such discovery. Performatek's maximum liability for all product claims shall in no event exceed the purchase price paid for the particular product giving rise to the claim. Performatek reserves the right to withhold refund or any other type of adjustment until the defective part has been examined and tested.
